If you have questions about the StarwoodPRO rates or
other StarwoodPRO programs, please go to the StarwoodPRO home page and click "HELP" on top of the screen.
When you complete and pass the first training module on ProLearning, Loyalty
& Brands, you will then qualify for STARPRO rates, our new Travel
Professional Experience Rate program.
On the lower left of the main Starwood ProLearning screen, you will see a
section labeled "StarPro Exclusive Rates." Click on "Check Availability" to see a
summary of the exclusive program, and allow you to search availability at over
Starwood's 950 hotels and resorts.
If you have completed the Loyalty & Brands module and the "Check Availability" button is
not available, please contact us for further help.
If you have completed the course and were not able to print the certificate of
completion, please contact us at
support@intercomtraining.com. We will review your training status and
can email you a completion certificate that you can print.
